A safe pair of hands for your school building project
When we work with schools on a building project, there is usually no official project manager role. So, we often assume that role because our clients want a single point of contact and they trust us to manage things effectively.
We can also work closely with a Project Manager where a client appoints one. We also take on the official role of Contract Administrator where it exists.
This role is focused on managing the legal and financial aspects of contractual agreements between the client and other parties, primarily building contractors.
The project management role involves managing the activities required to complete a school building project successfully.
Some school clients are looking for an architect who understands schools and can guide them through the design and construction process of a school building project. Other clients are looking for a safe pair of hands. We can do and are both.
If you'd like to talk to us about a school building project in Kent or South East London, then please call 01634 573017 or email design@clayarchitects.com
