Progress on site at contemporary renovation and extension of historic listed home

We are really pleased with the progress on site at our project to renovate and extend an 18th Century, Grade II listed home in the Rochester Castle and Cathedral Precinct. This house is full of history and we are working closely with the construction team at Gransdens to sympathetically bring the building into the 21st Century.

Phase one is underway to design and build a new kitchen extension. An amazing second floor pleasure lounge, to make the most of the unique views, will form the second phase. Work is due to be completed in 2022.
